The Newest Additions to the Edible Arrangements® E-commerce Team

The Edible Arrangements® corporate E-commerce team is growing! Since the start of 2013, three new employees joined the corporate E-commerce team — Wambui Kihanya, Jenn Rohrer and Melanie Martinez — adding to a department that has already tripled in size since 2010.

Kihanya fills the Senior Marketing Manager position. Rohrer steps in to the newly created E-commerce Analytics Director post. Martinez has been with Edible Arrangements International since 2011, and was promoted from her previous position as a Project Coordinator in our Research & Development department to the role of Social Media Strategist.

“We’re excited to continue growing our E-commerce department, and welcome the leadership and experience that these new employees bring to the team,” said Kaitlin Reiss, Vice President of E-commerce.

Overall, we have brought on 12 new employees companywide since the beginning of the year, en route to achieving our aggressive goal of adding 75 employees at the Edible Arrangements® corporate headquarters in Wallingford, CT in 2013.

    I placed an expenses arrangement order with the store in mill creek washington and the 1st girl i spoke to was very polite and helped me with my order. I had to call back to see what time it would be delivered and a different girl answered ( the manager) and she was very short and snippy and told me the delivery time was from 10am-4:30 pm. I asked her to please be more specific as my gift needed to be delivered before 3:00. She was rude to say the least. When I told her how nice the first girl was and how rude she was she said “you’re just upset because you can’t get what you want” I was shocked!! I said you are right I can’t and ended up hanging up on her. She also had said they would leave my arrangement outside on the front porch and would not let me cancel my order. I’ll bet that fruit is gonna be really ripe and melted chocolate everywhere. Dont’t use or you may loose. I did. This was suppose to be for my mom’s 80th birthday.

      We’re so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with a recent order of yours with one of our stores. We hope that all of our locally owned and operated franchise stores adhere to our mission to WOW all our guests, and are just as disappointed as our guests when they are unable to do so.
      We do hope you give us another opportunity to rectify the situation at some point in the future, and we hope your mother’s 80th birthday was a wonderful one!
