1. What are you working on right now?
Retail site selection and lease negotiation are some of my primary responsibilities. The real estate process is challenging and exciting because every market and transaction is unique. I’m always working to ensure that every store’s location and lease terms put our franchisees in a position to build the most successful and rewarding business possible.
2. What is the absolute best part of your job?
Sometimes I’m able to offer a different perspective or creative solution that’s beneficial to the store development process. I would say the best part of my job is the satisfaction I get when a franchisee thanks me for helping them achieve their goal(s).

While working at Edible Arrangements, I’ve learned the importance of developing consensus on long term strategy toward obtaining company and personal goals.
