As our towns, states and country adapt to the changing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we believe it is critical that organizations, such as Edible Arrangements, provide consistent communication with our customers to ensure everyone remains up-to-speed on our safety protocols. In particular, as people look to gift delivery options, we wanted to confirm that we are committed to safety. We provide a safe and sanitary experience for all of our customers and employees.
Although times are tough and challenging, we stand by our Certified Happiness commitment to you! This means we’ll ensure the highest quality product and customer service from every store owner and the Fruit Experts® in our system. The purpose of “Certified Happiness” is to guarantee our customers and recipients are satisfied with the service and quality they receive each and every time. Although we are in the middle of a health crisis and unusual holiday season, our commitment to you does not change.
At Edible Arrangements, we pioneered contactless delivery. From the start, we focused on helping our customers celebrate life’s most special moments through the delivery of our fruit arrangements, boxes, platters and more. Now, each of our local franchisees deliver these products masked, with their refrigerated vehicles, along with custom arrangement carriers and containers. This means, we can continue to provide contactless delivery throughout the holiday season without making any changes to our process. As a result, customers can rest assured they will continue to receive the same experience and delicious fruit!
Although our stores and lobbies are now open for business, we are continuing to offer curbside pickup. Customers that choose this option should arrive at their local Edible Arrangements and call the number posted. Then, the staff will bring your order to your car while wearing a mask and protective gloves. Shortly after, the staff will dispose of the gloves and wash their hands when they re-enter the store, to maintain our health and safety protocols. For customers that choose to physically come in-store, we are continuing to enforce social distancing and masks in our lobbies.
Our management team works tirelessly with franchise owners to ensure local and state orders are followed. We take the safety of our employees very seriously. While essential staff will work on site to prepare your arrangements, boxes, platters and more, they will follow extensive cleaning and hygiene procedures. As each state offers different guidelines and phased re-opening plans, we encourage all franchisees to make the right decision for their store. This means that although in-store operations may be permissible in certain states, franchise owners may not open the store (but continue to provide contactless delivery and curbside pickup). However, regardless of in-store operations, every franchise must follow a required checklist of cleaning and maintenance.
We feel these re-opening changes will provide the safest possible environment for our guests and staff throughout the holidays. Additionally, we’ll remain committed to you, and continue to offer a seamless customer experience while maintaining proper social distancing.
