Welcome the Newbies! – Did someone just move in next door or down the street? Make a friendly first impression by stopping over to introduce yourself! And don’t go empty handed! Our Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter is chock-full of decadent chocolate-covered fruit, including apples, strawberries, pineapple, and more. It offers a healthier take on traditional desserts, yet it’s still oh-so-delicious. A great way to introduce yourself to the neighbors!
Host a Little Block Party- It’s always good to know your neighbors (you may need to ask them to pick up your mail some time if you’re away…). So why not invite everyone over for an informal supper or brunch? That way you can get acquainted without seeming like a “nosy neighbor.”
Be Considerate- If you are the king or queen of family parties or get togethers, make sure you give your neighbors a “noise and traffic alert,” especially if your bash will be outside or late in the evening. And if you like the folks next door, why not ask them to stop by?!
Keep It Tidy- Everyone loves a green, trimmed yard, so do take some pride in yours. You don’t have to rate the cover of House Beautiful, but it IS important to keep the grass cut and shrubbery neat. Not doing so makes for an unsightly yard and unhappy neighbors. So pull out the mower and weed-wacker and make your yard the envy of all.
With these tips you’ll find being a GREAT neighbor can be great fun!
