What is Secret Santa?

Secret Santa is a simple holiday tradition that is great for groups. To start, groups of friends or family (or both) agree to play. Then, a group leader randomly (and secretly) selects a recipient for each person. Ultimately, everyone receives a gift and gives a gift!
To make the most of Secret Santa, we recommend that you set a budget. Setting a budget ensures that everyone gives and receives a gift of similar value. Plus, it allows you to show your creativity! Additionally, avoid joke or gag gifts, along with overly personal gifts because the gifts are exchanged in front of the group. Typically, when the group gathers for the holidays, the gifts are exchanged and Santa is revealed.
Today, gatherings are more difficult, but the Secret Santa tradition can continue with Edible's® Secret Santa generator!
