A Message To Our Customers


At Edible, the safety of our customers and our products has always been our top priority and remains the case in these uncertain times.

We have spent the last few weeks learning as much as possible about COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it is impacting our world.

That’s why we want to let you know what we are doing to proactively address the current circumstances, so you can rest assured knowing our stores are doing everything they can to continue to WOW you.

We are consulting with health professionals and continually monitoring the recommendations of these experts.

Every Edible location is implementing the recommendations of the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control to reinforce cleanliness of our stores and integrity of our products. We are committed to monitoring these sources and make necessary updates to our operations to ensure everyone’s safety.

In addition to increasing the practice of proper and frequent hand-washing precautions, we are increasing the frequency with which we are cleaning the stores and the equipment we use to create our fresh fruit arrangements and treats.

Employees who are not feeling well have been instructed to remain at home.

Although there are no reports suggesting that COVID-19 can be transmitted by food or food packaging, all materials we use are carefully screened to ensure that they do not originate or pass through areas of the world where their integrity may have been compromised.

As always, arrangements are delivered in sealed packages and our drivers are using hand sanitizers before and following each delivery as well as wiping down and sanitizing their vans. In effort to address concerns regarding contact with our drivers, we will be offering delivery (upon request, added to the delivery notes during the order process) where you can limit interactions with the drivers.  We will leave the delivery on the doorstep (only if you’re home) and our stores will confirm receipt of delivery via phone.

If for any reason we believe that a store or its employees have been compromised, we have plans in place to immediately close that location, halt deliveries, deep clean and sanitize the entire store.

We share this information to ensure you that we are doing everything we can to limit any disruption and remain fully operational in order to continue serving you with the quality and level of service you have come to expect from all of us at Edible.
